What Should I Expect After Treatment?
The treated skin will appear pink, and there may be some irritation and swelling. These symptoms usually subside within a couple of days, and the skin peeling process will occur over a 3 – 5-day timeframe. All patients should minimize their UV exposure following their skin resurfacing treatment and apply sun protection throughout the day.  It is vital to avoid interfering with the healing process to keep from scarring and to shield your face from environmental exposure.
